Programme Objective:  This programme delves into the fundamental question: “Are you content with
your current life?” This two-hour session offers a platform for introspection, encouraging participants to
evaluate their satisfaction across various life domains. The program facilitates discussions on areas that
may need change, prompting individuals to identify aspects they wish to improve. Participants will engage in reflective exercises, exploring personal and professional spheres to pinpoint areas of discontent and envision desired changes. Whether it’s career, relationships, health, or personal growth, the program provides strategies to navigate change, set meaningful goals, and create a roadmap for positive transformation. It encourages a proactive approach to life, emphasizing the power of intentional choices in shaping a more full-filling existence.
By the end of the session, participants will have a clearer understanding of their aspirations, equipped.
with practical insights to initiate and sustain positive changes in the pursuit of a happier, more. meaningful life.

Resource Person: Mr. D. Senthil Kannan, is a graduate of Commerce and Postgraduate of Business
Administration. He is the founder director of soft skills training organization in Tuticorin, called PALMS.
He is the editor of the monthly newsletter PALMS PLUS. He has served as the president of JCI Tuticorin Pearlcity & Giants Group of Tuticorin and has to his credit a number of awards for his contribution. He is the Co-Founder of SPARK – a service organization. dedicated to spread awareness on health, law, career and social responsibility to the students and the community.
He is a certifed National Trainer of JCI India. He has also done certificate programmes in Counselling
Skills, Transactional Analysis (TA), Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP). He is the author of the book,
“Transformational Thoughts”. He does group coaching and mentoring for young people to help then
unleash their potential, in personal life, professional life and business.
He is a socially oriented person, who supports a number of social causes such as free education, blood
donation and environmental care. He believes in the philosophy of, “Think Global, Act Local”. He has a
wide array of interest, and likes to travel and explore new places, meet new people, learn new things and
share his experiences. He desires to make a meaningful contribution. in the lives of people, through training.
