Programme Objective: The objective of the training session on “The Golden Triangle “ is to equip participants with a comprehensive understanding of the fundamental aspects that govern successful project delivery. The Golden Triangle, comprising scope, time, and cost, forms the cornerstone of project management principles. Through this session, participants will delve into each component, understanding how they interrelate and influence one another.
The participants will explore scope management, learning how to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables clearly. Emphasis will be placed on techniques to effectively manage scope creep and ensure alignment with stakeholder expectations. They will focus on on time management, highlighting the significance of creating realistic schedules, setting milestones, and employing tools for efficient task tracking and scheduling adjustments. It will also address cost management, covering budget estimation, monitoring, and control methods to ensure projects remain within financial constraints.
Through interactive discussions, case studies, and practical exercises, participants will develop skills to balance these three elements effectively, ultimately enhancing their ability to lead successful projects within the constraints of the Golden Triangle.
